Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Shipping Information

  • Carrier: We use Australia Post for all orders.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated at 5–10 business days, but may take up to 3 weeks due to unforeseen delays.
  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Process: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Timing: Allow up to 7 business days after return approval and receipt of goods.
  • Exclusions: Refunds are not issued for:
    • Gift cards
    • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

5. Faulty/Damaged Items
